Regulation on emergency planning and emergency preparedness in case of nuclear and radiological emergencies.

This Regulation defines various conditions and procedure for developing emergency plans (planning and emergency preparedness in case of nuclear and radiological emergencies) and the obligations of the persons who apply them.
The actions and measures for limitation and liquidation of the consequences of nuclear or radiation accidents are also defined, including the criteria for their concrete application and the methods for informing the population.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
