Regulation on environmental quality standards for priority substances and certain other pollutants.

This Regulation hereby establishes the environmental quality standards (EQS) for priority substances and other specific pollutants in order to achieve a good chemical status of surface waters, fully in accordance with the provisions of the Bulgarian Water Law.
The rules here stipulated are also aimed to determine the manner for monitoring over the effective concentrations or emissions of the pollutants listed in the Annex of this text.
This text also contains the list of all environmental standards and related applied limits that are observed (see Annex).
