Regulation on the implementation of the Law on regional development.

This Regulation here determines a set of necessary conditions for the effective application and implementation of the Law on regional development, including the order and the deadlines for related preparation, agreement, adoption, monitoring over initiated procedures and processes, updating and implementation of the National Concept for Regional and Spatial Development (NCRDPR), the integrated territorial strategies for the developed regions, planning level 2 and the plans for the integrated developing of municipalities. This text also sets rules regarding the organization and activities of the regional development council. The implementation of these rules is entrusted to the Bulgarian Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works.
