Regulation N. 32 of 22 February 2019 amending the Regulation on the conditions and procedure for the implementation of schemes for supplying fruits, vegetables, milk and milk products in educational facilities-School Fruit Scheme and School Milk Scheme, adopted by Decree № 251 of the Council of Ministers in 2016.

This Regulation adds, amends and cancels several articles part of Regulation on the conditions and procedure for the implementation of schemes for supplying fruits, vegetables, milk and milk products in educational facilities-School Fruit Scheme and School Milk Scheme, adopted by Decree № 251 of the Council of Ministers in 2016 (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 77/2016 and already amended in Gazettes 9/2016; 36 and 55/2017; 43, 53 and 97/2018).
Changes are related to the cancelled contents of article 3 (paragraph 2), which was setting the relation with contents of the national strategy implementing the schemes for the supply of fruit and vegetables and milk and milk products, as in accordance with the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2017/40 and other listed documents. Also articles 4, 6, 9, 10, 11, 13 and 15 are been amended and supplemented. New articles 13a, 13b, 13c and 13d are added.
