Abstract
This Regulation defines the planning of water resources monitoring (also quantitative monitoring) and creation of water monitoring networks in each basin district, as well the rules for the correct implementation of water resources monitoring principles (for water exploitation, maintenance and waterworks activities).
The Regulation closely determines the requirements for the monitoring of waters and of water protection zones in accordance with the provisions of the national Water Law.
This Regulation also determines various technical specifications for chemical analysis and monitoring over the effective water status, and sets the minimum criteria for related analysis.
The Annex is also an integrated part of this text.
