Abstract
This Regulation establishes the manner and criteria for the performance of necessary training and sets the terms for the issuance of competence documents to persons engaged in activities with equipment containing fluorinated greenhouse gases.
This Regulation also provides for the list of documentation and reporting issues as regards the emissions of fluorinated greenhouse gases on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
This text introduces the requirements stipulated by the Regulation (EU) No 517/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on fluorinated greenhouse gases and repealing Regulation (EC) No 842/2006; also several other European Union documents are listed as criteria for this text (see article 2).
The Annex is also part of this publication (technical documentation; reporting forms).

Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette, with the exception of articles 29 which shall enter into force two months later, and article 44 that will apply on 1 January 20120.
