Abstract
This Regulation determines the manner and form of official reporting on waste activities, including the waste information and data delivery (data on big waste producers/mass waste forms or products that generate big volume of waste; big waste collectors; persons whose activity is related to the industrial and/or hazardous waste; and waste recovery-recycle individuals and legal entities).
Major objective of these provisions is to establish the system aimed at obtaining complete and reliable information on mass waste related activities, information on products that generate waste and that are placed on the national market,
