Regulation No 12 of 25 July 2016 implementing the sub-measure 7.2. "Investments in the creation, improvement or expansion of all types of small scale infrastructure" under the measure 7. "Basic services and renovation of villages in rural areas" of the Rural Development Programme for the period 2014-2020.

This Regulation provides for conditions and procedures as regards the application of sub-measure 7.2. "Investments in the creation, improvement or expansion of all types of small scale infrastructure", part of the Chapter-measure number 7 "Basic services and renovation of villages in rural areas". These measure are all part of the National Rural Development Programme for the period 2014-2020, also co-funded by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development.
These financing support measures are aimed at promotion of social inclusion, poverty reduction and achieving the economic development in rural areas.
The financial aid here defined shall be granted as charge free financial aid, and shall be provided in accordance with the principles of good financial management, publicity, proportionality and transparency.
