Abstract
This Regulation adopts the official methodology for determining the costs of the irrigation water supply service as regards the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
This cost/pricing methodology applies to irrigation water suppliers and irrigation water users; and it is based on the principles of balance between social, ecological and economic factors according to the geographic and climatic conditions of the territory in which the service is provided; and sustainable and efficient use of water.
