Abstract
This Regulation provides the general and special requirements for the approval of poultry houses, slaughtering-cutting facilities or plants, cold storage and repacking centers.
This text further sets the animal health requirements for slaughtered poultry; the animal health requirements for the production and marketing of fresh poultry meat.
These rules shall not apply to cutting and refrigerating warehouses in retail stores where packing and storage are carried out only for the purpose of sale to the final consumer.
These rules shall be implemented and controlled by the Bulgarian State Veterinary and Sanitary Control and by the bodies of the State Sanitary Control.
The Annex is also part of this publication (administrative form/health certificate samples).
