Abstract
This Regulation determines the necessary requirements for pre-basic, basic and certified potato seeds which may be marketed on the common market of the European Union.
Chapter Two of this text contains the minimum requirements for pre-basic potato seeds; Chapter Three sets the requirements for basic potato seeds; and Chapter Four is regarding the requirements for certified potato seeds. In the section Additional provisions, the list of terms, standards and reference legislation is provided.
The Annex is part of this publication (detailed technical information and requirements).
