Regulation No 150 of 24 July 2018 adopting the Regulation for the limitation of emissions of certain pollutants discharged into the atmosphere from medium size combustion plants.

This Regulation here officially adopts as regards the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, the terms and requirements, technical rules and limits contained in the Regulation on limit emissions of certain pollutants released into the atmosphere from medium combustion plants is also part of this publication, that is aligned with several European Union standards as listed in this text.
The complete contents and technical provisions of the Regulation on limit emissions of certain pollutants released into the atmosphere from medium combustion plants is also part of this publication, including the Annexes. The principal aim of these rules is to control the emissions of sulfur dioxide (SO2), nitrogen oxides (NOx) and dust released to the atmosphere from medium-size combustion plants, in order to reduce these emissions in the air and to downgrade the possible risks to human health and environment.
