Regulation № 16 of 30 July 2015 on the implementation of sub-measure 19.1 "Aid for preparatory activities" from measure 19 "Community-led local development" part of the Rural Development Programme for the period 2014-2020.

This Regulation determines the conditions and related procedures as regards the application of sub-measure 19.1 "Assistance for preparatory activities", part of the measure 19, entitles "Community-led local development", brought by the Rural Development Programme for the period 2014-2020, and co-financed by the European Agricultural Rural Development Fund (EAFRD).
Financial assistance shall be provided for the implementation of project activities, which contribute to the achievement of objectives of the sub-measure, such as: 1. supporting the process of establishing local initiative groups in rural areas; 2. support for the acquisition of skills and capacity building for the functioning of such groups on local level; 3. supporting the process of preparation of local development strategies, financed by the EAFRD or by more than one of European Structural and Investment Funds; 4. encouraging the involvement of local population in the development and future implementation of local development strategies; 5. supporting the process of local population informing about the possibility to obtain financing or funding; 6. supporting the popularization of local identity in general.
