Abstract
This Regulation defines the general and special sanitary and hygiene requirements aimed to be observed by all Bulgarian based establishments or facilities engaged in the producing of meat products and other products of animal origin intended for human consumption or for the production of other foodstuff.
This text further sets the issues as regards the production and marketing of meat and other products of animal origin intended for human consumption or intended for the production of other foodstuff; and official control provisions.
The Annex is also part of this publication (technical standards for melted animal fat).
