Abstract
This Regulation defines the necessary animal health requirements for all enterprises or facilities based on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, that are engaged in activities such as production of rabbit meat and production of farmed game meat, This text also sets the rules for official controls, slaughtering, production and marketing of such animal products.
All recognized establishments for the production of fresh animal meat object of this text, shall be approved for slaughtering and cutting of rabbits and farmed game only if in full accordance with hygiene requirements here listed.
