Abstract
This Regulation sets the necessary conditions and procedures for the mandatory registration, placing on the market and import/trade, labelling and control as regards the fertilizers, soil improvers, biologically active substances and nutritive soil substrates.
The Bulgarian Food Safety Agency is here indicated as the competent institution for carrying out the tasks object of this text.
