Abstract
This Regulation determines the necessary procedure for approval of the authorization to grant of management of fishery resources in state-owned artificial water bodies, to recreational fisheries associations, here defined as state property designated for recreational fishing only.
This text also sets out the requirements to be met by the associations, when assigning the management of fishery resources in national water bodies; the obligations of associations entrusted with the management of fishery resources for recreational fishing.
