Abstract
This Regulation determines the rules and principles as regards the activities, organization and work of the Bulgarian tobacco committees; the procedure for examining disputes regarding the classification of tobacco plants; the professional requirements for tobacco experts; the procedure for exercising control over tobacco grading and trading.
Tobacco commissions shall be permanent bodies within regional agricultural directorates, situated on the territory on which certain particular tobacco variety or quantity is produced and traded.
