Regulation No. 28 of 8 July 2003 on conditions and procedures for intervention in agricultural markets.

This Regulation defines terms and procedures for buying of agricultural products produced on the national territory, and aimed for the State Fund for Agriculture (state agricultural gross market measures). This text also sets out the necessary quality requirements and the order for qualification of unprocessed agricultural products, subject to such market measures; the conditions and procedure for approval of warehouses for storage of purchased products; the terms and procedure for conducting auctions for the sale of the purchased production lots.
