Abstract
This Regulation hereby determines the conditions and procedure for the registration of farmers into the related national register of agricultural producers.
These provisions are aimed at implementing the: control over the use of agricultural land; collection of information on farmers during the respective economic year; support techniques for agricultural farmers and for rural production and development; easing the application to the schemes for direct payments in agricultural sector of the Republic of Bulgaria.
The Annex is also part of this publication (complete administrative forms and coded guidance for their compilation).
