Abstract
This Regulation determines the necessary conditions and procedures for carrying out roadworthiness tests and identification of registered agricultural and forestry equipment, including vehicles and earth moving machines (here called technical inspections, defined as a complex set of inspection and diagnostic operations for assessing the technical state of the examined equipment).
These technical reviews shall be annual, seasonal and thematic. Tractors, tractor trailers, self-propelled machinery and earthmoving machinery are subject to such annual technical inspection; replacement coupling equipment shall be subject to seasonal technical inspection; thematic technical inspections of the equipment shall be carried out on the basis of an direct order of the Director of the Regional Agriculture Directorate.
