Abstract
This Law governs the public relations related to the placing on the market, registration and data delivery, putting into use, suspension from work, control over the technical condition and safety, here all aimed for agricultural equipment, forestry equipment, including vehicles and machinery for earthworks.
The Law has the aim of ensuring the work and safe use and operation of all agricultural and forestry equipment.
The provisions of the Regulation (EU) 2016/1628 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 September 2016 on requirements relating to gaseous and particulate pollutant emission limits and type-approval for internal combustion engines for non-road mobile machinery, amending Regulations (EU) No 1024/2012 and (EU) No 167/2013, amending and repealing Directive 97/68/EC; and Directive 2003/37/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 May 2003 on type-approval of agricultural or forestry tractors, their trailers and interchangeable towed machinery, together with their systems, components and separate technical units and repealing Directive 74/150/EEC are here respected.
