Abstract
This Regulation provides for technical terms and conditions for the processing and production, placing on the market, retail, repackaging, transport and storage of plant protection products on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
This text further sets the requirements as regards the necessary certification issuance; several direct physical protection issues; and references to the compliance with the provisions of several European Union Regulations related to the topics here elaborated.
Also the interaction with the Bulgarian Food safety agency is defined.
