Abstract
This Regulation defines the animal health and hygiene requirements for raw milk production, production and marketing of raw milk, heat-treated drinking milk, milk for the production of milk products and milk-based products for human consumption.
This text further determines the construction and operation premises for dairy collection points, including repackaging workshops and storage facilities for such products.
Milk processing enterprises or facilities that process milk that do not meet the requirements of this Regulation shall not receive the necessary permit.
The Annex is also part of this publication (list of technical and hygiene requirements; technical sheets; forms).
