Regulation No. 31 of 24 July 2002 on animal health requirements for the production and marketing of minced meat and meat preparations.

This Regulation defines the animal health requirements aimed for all enterprises, situated on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, engaged in the production of minced meat and/or meat preparations.
This text further sets the rules to be observed during the production and marketing of minced meat and meat preparations.
These rules shall not apply in all cases as indicated in the article 1, paragraph 2 of this text.
All enterprises or facilities, which have received the veterinary medical permit for activities object of this publication, shall be properly registered in accordance with the procedure, with the exception of facilities which do not have an industrial structure and production capacity that shall be entered in a separate register.
