Abstract
This Regulation defines the terms, procedures and manner for the transfer of radioactive waste to the Bulgarian state radioactive waste company.
This text further sets out the classification of categories and types of radioactive waste that are not subject to such transfer. Section I determines the conditions for waste conveyance; Section II deals with special cases; Section III regards the provisions of information and planning.
The Annex is also part of this publication (containing lists of mandatory identification data per each category of waste).
