Regulation No. 4 of 24 February 2015 on the adaptation to measure 11 "Organic Agriculture" of the Rural Development Program 2014-2020.

This Regulation sets out the conditions and procedures related to the support for farmers who carry out agricultural activities aimed at improving the environmental protection, as defined in the measure number 11 "Organic Agriculture", part of the Rural Development Programme for the period from 2014 until 2020, that is financed by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (75% of the funds are provided by the European Union and 25% shall be set aside from the budget of the Republic of Bulgaria).
These rules are in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No 1305/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 on support for rural development by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) and repealing Council Regulation (EC) No 1698/2005; Regulation (EU) No 1307/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 establishing rules for direct payments to farmers under support schemes within the framework of the common agricultural policy and repealing Council Regulation (EC) No 637/2008 and Council Regulation (EC) No 73/2009; Council Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 of 28 June 2007 on organic production and labelling of organic products and repealing Regulation (EEC) No 2092/91, and other, see article 1 (paragraph 3) for the complete list of such reference documents.
