Abstract
This Regulation establishes the correct procedure for placing on the market of used agricultural and forestry equipment, including vehicles and earthmoving machinery if used and classified as agricultural and forestry equipment (all used equipment shall be subject to testing and conformity assessment).
This text also closely defines the duties of owners and related tests and certification premises to be full filled.
The Regulation shall not apply to new vehicles, systems, components and separate technical units for which there are requirements for type approval.
The Annex is also part of this publication (administrative forms; and technical protocol sheets).
