Abstract
This Regulation defines the general and special animal health requirements aimed to be observed by all Bulgarian based establishments or facilities engaged in the production of egg products intended for human consumption or egg products for the production of other foodstuff.
This Regulation defines the general and special animal health requirements aimed to be observed by all Bulgarian based establishments or facilities engaged in the production of egg products intended for human consumption or egg products for the production of other foodstuff.
These rules shall not apply to: prepared foods containing egg products; egg products which have not undergone any processing and are used for the production of food in catering establishments intended for direct sale to the consumer (on the spot immediately after their preparation).
The Annex is also part of this publication (list of related microbiological indicators).
