Regulation No. 40 of September 15, 2003, on the procedure for registering grain traders, keeping and storing the register and exercising control over their activities.

This Regulation determines the procedure for the correct registration of all grain traders (here aimed for both natural and legal persons), further setting the rules for keeping and maintaining of the register and for exercising the necessary control over such activities. The control over the registered grain traders for compliance with the declared obligations shall be exercised by authorized national inspectors (see Chapter four).
The register of grain traders shall be kept by the National Grain and Feed Service (NHA), within the Republic of Bulgaria Minister of Agriculture and Forestry.
