Abstract
This Regulation determines the procedure for keeping of national fishing logbook, including issues for related declaration of origin aimed for persons engaged in commercial fishing.
The fishing logbook shall be published by the Executive Agency for Fisheries and Aquaculture of the Republic of Bulgaria, and shall be kept for each commercial fishing catch data or report.
The Annex is also part of this publication (lists of indications for declaration purposes; list of fishing gear and fishing operations; list of species of fish and other aquatic organisms that can be caught inland, in Danube river, and Black and Mediterranean sea).
