Abstract
This Regulation defines the procedure for carrying out periodic inspections for testing the technical fitness of the registered plant protection products application equipment, that is used on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. This text also sets the certification system (recognition of certificates issued by other Member States of the European Union); and the requirements for all recognized stationary and mobile control-technical points that are performing such periodic inspections on the national territory.
The rules here stipulated shall not apply to equipment for the manual application of plant protection products, and shall not apply to the equipment classified as sprayers (see the details in article 1, paragraph 3 of this text).
