Regulation No 6 of 29 September 2017 on the application of the sub-measure 4.1.2. "Investment in agricultural holdings under thematic sub-programme for development of small farms" from measure 4 "Investments in tangible assets" of the Programme for rural development for the period 2014-2020.

This Regulation here stipulates the basis and necessary national terms and conditions for the effective implementation of measures contained in the section 4.1.2. titled "Investment in agricultural holdings under thematic sub-programme for development of small farms", part of the point 4 "Investments in tangible assets" of the Programme for rural development for the period 2014-2020.
Financial assistance under this Regulation shall be granted in accordance with the principles of fair financial management, publicity and transparency; and in accordance with the provisions of the article 81 of the Regulation (EU) No 1305/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 on support for rural development by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) and repealing Council Regulation (EC) No 1698/2005.
The Annex is part of this publication (agricultural products eligible for primary production investments; investment costs related to the construction of new, repair, reconstruction and/or extension of existing storage factories; list of municipalities whose land is in nitrate vulnerable zone; table for calculating the economic size of agricultural holdings; as well as several declaration and reporting administrative forms).
