Regulation No. 6 of 7 October 2019 on requirements and controls of wood used for domestic heating.

This Regulation provides rules aimed at controlling and preventing the excessive release of particulate matter in the ambient air, here related to the combustion of raw or fresh wood for domestic heating purposes on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
This text sets out essential quality and purity requirements for such wood, including the conditions and procedure for exercising control over the use of domestic heating wood, in respect of the terms here provided. See Chapter Two for issues on information about the level of fine particles in the atmospheric air; Chapter Three closely determines the requirements for timber used for domestic heating; conditions and procedure for implementation of control activities are stipulated in Chapter Four.
