Abstract
This Regulation defines the terms and requirements for good manufacturing practice as regards the production and processing of veterinary medicinal products and their active substances, used as starting materials for the production of veterinary medicinal products.
The Bulgarian Food Safety Agency shall control the compliance of these terms. The direct manufacturer shall update the production and control methods in accordance with scientific developments.
This text also sets the related rules to be observed by all authorized importers that have to ensure that the products that they are dealing with are produced in compliance with the rules object of this Regulation.
The Annex is also part of this publication (full list of technical requirements).
