Abstract
This Regulation defines the general and special animal health requirements for slaughterhouses dealing with cattle, including the species such as Bubalus Bubalis and Bison bison, pigs and domestic solipeds (here in relation to cutting machines for cutting fresh meat, cold stores for fresh meat).
This text further determines the animal health requirements for the production and marketing of fresh meat of such animals; and sets the necessary the conditions and procedures for the conduction of the state veterinary and sanitary control in enterprises or facilities that are engaged in the production of fresh animal meat.
However, these rules shall not apply to: fresh meat cut up and stored in retail stores or in premises serving those stores in which packaging and storage are carried out for retail purposes; and shall not apply to the production and sale of minced meat.
