Regulation No. 7 of 21 November 2019 on keeping registers under article 16 of the Law on fisheries and aquaculture.

This Regulation determines the necessary contents and related procedural matters for keeping of registers, as granted by the provisions of article 16 (paragraph 1) of the Law on fisheries and aquaculture of the Republic of Bulgaria.
The Executive Agency for Fisheries and Aquaculture (NAFA) shall draw up and maintain registers of: issued fishing licenses; issued tickets for recreational fishing; persons who fish and raise fish and other aquatic organisms; fishing vessels; centers for the first sale of fishery products; and other specific persons engaged in activities related to the fish and other aquatic organisms, also for research purposes; and register of administrative violations.
