Regulation № 7 of 22.11.2018 on the terms and conditions for recognition of organizations of producers of fishery products and aquaculture products, associations of producer organizations and interbranch organizations in the fisheries sector and for the approval of production and marketing plans.

This Regulation determines the conditions and the order for recognition of organizations of producers of fishery products and/or of aquaculture products, and for recognition of associations of producer organizations and interbranch organizations in the fisheries sector. This text also sets out the procedure for exercising control over these recognition procedures and activities; the conditions and the order for approval of plans for production and market offer, and the order for exercising control over their implementation. Producer organizations of fishery and / or aquaculture products, associations of producer organizations and related interbranch organizations in the fisheries sector of the Republic of Bulgaria shall be officially recognized by the national Minister of Agriculture, Food and Forestry. These kind of organizations shall also be recognized and are approved in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) № 1379/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 December 2013 on the common organization of the markets in fishery and aquaculture products, and its amending texts.
