Regulation No 74 of 31 May 2006 laying down the requirements for lists of varieties of fruit plant propagating material and fruit plants which are maintained by producers and traders.

This Regulation defines the necessary requirements and rules that will be respected on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria as regards the contents and data present in lists of varieties of fruit propagating material and fruit plants.
These lists will be maintained by producers and traders of such plant material.
This text adopts the rules contained in the Commission Directive 93/79/EEC setting out additional implementing provisions for lists of varieties of fruit plant propagating material and fruit plants, as kept by suppliers under Council Directive 92/34/EEC.
