Regulation No 8 of 20 March 2007 on the procedures for certification and/or approval of the produced and marketed seed of the groups of agricultural plants-grain, oil and fiber, forage, vegetables, potatoes and beets.

This Regulation regulates: the certification procedures for seeds in categories corresponding to the crop or plant species such as grain, oil, fiber, fodder, vegetables and beet cultures, if produced on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria; the procedures for certification and/or approval of potato seeds in the respective categories as previously determined by the related national Regulations as listed here in the text.
This text further sets the rules on the procedure for sorting these seed into smaller packages.
