Abstract
This Regulation defines the necessary conditions and manner for the correct management of the fishing fleet of the Republic of Bulgaria.
The fishing fleet of the Republic of Bulgaria is part of the European Union fishing fleet, and includes all fishing vessels flying the flag of the Republic of Bulgaria. The data that shall be delivered is going to be used to implement the rules of the Common Fisheries Policy of the Union and to determine national policy in this field.
Limits and rules of the Regulation (EU) No 1380/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 December 2013 on the Common Fisheries Policy, amending Council Regulations (EC) No 1954/2003 and (EC) No 1224/2009 and repealing Council Regulations (EC) No 2371/2002 and (EC) No 639/2004 and Council Decision 2004/585/EC are here observed and implemented.
Terms and conditions for allocation of free fishing capacity are laid down in Chapter Four (articles 41-47). Entry and deregistration of fishing vessels from the register of fishing vessels used for commercial fishing or the carriage of commercial fishing products in Black Sea waters is defined in Chapter three (Section I); Registration and deregistration of fishing vessels engaged in commercial fishing or transport of commercial fishing products in the Danube is object of the Section II of the same Chapter.
The Annex is also part of this publication (containing administrative forms and application sheets).
