Abstract
This Regulation determines: the categories of vine propagating material that are produced and traded; the requirements to be applied on vine planting material (labelling and certification), intended for trade on the European Union market; the import of the vine propagating material from third countries; the control of the vine planting material during trade and related phases.
These rules shall not apply to vine propagating material intended for export to third countries; this text is intended only for botanical genus Vitis.
