Regulation No. H-3 of 28 November 2011 on the provision of information from budget-funded agencies and scientific institutes whose activities have a significant impact on the water status.

This Regulation prescribes the conditions and procedure for the grant of information delivery from budget-financed agencies and scientific institutes whose activities have significant impacts on the state of waters on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
This also determines the form, content and terms of submission of such information. Information, object of this text, shall be provided by all water sector budget-financed agencies; budget-funded scientific institutes; and private or legal water users whose activities have significant impact on water status, natural or legal persons and sole traders, who by virtue of regulatory or administrative acts are obliged to carry out their own monitoring over the quantity and quality of water, on quantity of waste water and concentration of emitted or discharged pollutants, also if in relation to the remedying of past environmental damage.
