Abstract
This Regulation stipulates several terms and procedures regarding the necessary information/data delivery to the national departments and scientific institutes (also with budget or financial responsibilities), also in relation with activities and water users that have an significant environmental impact on water status.
Water users (other than budget financing institutions) are obliged to carry out their own monitoring over the effective quantity and quality of water, over the quantity of waste water and the concentration of emitted pollutants, also in connection with the removal of past environmental damage.
