Abstract
This Regulation sets the terms for the organization, internal structure, operational rules and financing as regards the functions and activities of the National Plant Protection Products Council.
This Council will also act as advisory body to the Bulgarian Food Safety Agency on matters related to the authorization of the placing on the market and use of plant protection products.
The Annex is also part of this publication (declarations/administrative form).
