Regulation for permissible norms of benzene and carbon oxide in the atmospheric air.

This Regulation settles the establishment of norms for the levels of benzene and carbon oxide in the atmospheric air and provides for the improvement of the air quality in areas where the concentrations exceed the corresponding norms.
The Regulation provides for: norms for benzene and carbon oxide also specified in Appendix 1 and 2; assessment of the levels of benzene and carbon oxide; achievement and maintenance of the settled norms; etc.
