Regulation on the procedure and method of calculating the amount of the financial guarantee or equivalent insurance and for the provision of annual returns for cross-border shipments of waste.

This Regulation determines the correct method and manner for calculating the financial guarantee or equivalent insurance for annual cross-border shipments of waste.
The provisions here stipulated are meant for all shipments of waste deriving from the Republic of Bulgaria (in accordance with the Regulation 1013/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 June 2006 on shipments of waste) that have to request the prior written notification and consent procedure, including mandatory financial guarantees and/or equivalent insurance; shipments of waste for which a written prior notification and consent procedure is not required (only for annual return declaration).
