Regulation on procedure for filling out of report and information documents for the waste management activities.(No. 10)

The Regulation sets out the requirements to format of the reporting and information documents on the waste management activities. The Regulation contents 17 Articles (dealing with reporting procedures related to the waste management activities and the obligations of the competent authorities and holders of wastes), Conclusion Provisions and 9 Annexes. Annex 1 regulates the reporting book for industrial and hazardous wastes. Annex 2 regulates the information card for reporting on the industrial wastes. Annex 3 regulates the information card for reporting on the hazardous wastes. Annex 4 enlists the persons performing recovery and recycling activities. Annex 5 regulates the information card for declaring of the hazardous wastes. Annex 6 sets the format of the reporting card for handling, transportation and acceptance of hazardous wastes. Annex 7 sets the format of the reporting book for the landfills. Annex 8 regulates the information card for reporting on the municipal wastes. Annex 9 regulates the information card for reporting on the construction wastes.
