Regulation on procedures of the State Fund "Agriculture".

This Regulation determines the functions, structure, composition and operational and organizational procedures of the Bulgarian State Fund "Agriculture", established under the terms and in function of the Law on support to farmers.
This Fund shall: 1. perform the functions of Paying Agency from the date of issuance of the accreditation act; 2. provide targeted loans in the field of agriculture and apply state aid in the field of agriculture and fisheries with funds from the state budget; 3. perform the functions of SAPARD Agency according to the Multi-Annual Financing Agreement; 4. perform functions of Certifying Authority under the Operational Programme for Development of the Fisheries Sector and under the Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Programme for the period 2014-2020; 5. perform all functions in relation to the terms of the Regulation (EU) № 1306/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the financing, management and monitoring of the common agricultural policy.
