Regulation on the requirements which must be met by the waste treatment facility sites.(No. 12)

This Regulation sets out the requirements for the waste treatment facility sites. The Regulation is divided into 4 Chapters, Additional Provisions and Conclusion Provisions. Chapter 1 deals with the general requirements. Chapter 2 sets the rules and the conditions for determination of the sites. Chapter 3 sets the rules and requirements to the construction of facilities for waste treatment within the sites. Chapter 4 sets the specific geological, hydrological and other conditions on which the sites should correspond. This Chapter is divided into 2 sections. Section deals with the geological, engineer-geological and hydrogeological studies required; Section 2 deals with the hydrological conditions and studies required. The definitions are enlisted in the Additional Provisions.
